First thing Eidkom Embarak. I know it’s been sometime now. I used to log every other day but every time I write something it ends up being something negative about work. Work has been hectic with many changes in executive management level that has taken a toll on me. Its been a terrible time fo me. I value you my job and have taken it seriously since I was 18. I am very passionate about it and I feel I have been unfairly treated. I will stop it here.
The reason I don’t like negative posts its because I don’t want to spread the negative energy around my website. I have tried time and time again to not post anything that would cause sadness or misery. I want to always think of this place as my positive sanctuary.
Which just reminds me! I need to redesign. I think I had enough of the current one and I need something new to update more often.
I will work on something soon inshalla.
So my hubby decided I needed a break from everything especially work. He invited me to go visit a secluded resort in Oman- State of Khasab. The resort’s name is Zighy Bay by Six Senses
I was very excited about going since Ramadan and have been preparing for it for quite something. The pictures in the website got me very keen on seeing it first hand but nothing prepared me for the most beautiful piece of land in northern emirates.
The ride to the resort was easy from Abu Dhabi to Dubai- Emirates Road- Al Dhaid- Dibba- Border with Oman- 20 mins down the road we got to the mountains. The mountain ride was terrible. It is very steep. Very scary. I swear I actually heard my heart pound. I guess I always associated such mountains with 007 movies or mission impossible where people end up jumping off the mountain and burning! Well anyways enough about that..
We got the resort (sigh of relief) and I was amazed!
We got the Zighy Bay Spa Villa.
The place comes with its own butler. A dining room, Majlis, 2 master bedrooms, 4 toilets, a kitchen, an infinity pool, a private beach, a big white sandy yard, 2 decks, a gym, and a private spa. I won’t say more. I just arrived today and in less than 12 hours this place made me want to post! What an effect!!!
